Dr. Kent S. Lewis
Dr. Kent S. Lewis was born in Powell, Wyoming and raised in Logan, Utah. He graduated from Utah State University and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University. He has practiced dentistry at Three Fountains Dental Office for over 25 years.
